Services
We provide professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and related exterior cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on the scope of work, property size, and accessibility. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions (e.g., heavy hard water stains, excessive debris) discovered upon arrival, which will be communicated to you before work begins.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee. We will make every effort to arrive on time; however, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payments. For commercial contracts, invoicing terms may be arranged.
Limitation of Liability
We are fully insured. However, we are not liable for damage to pre-existing faulty windows, seals, or surfaces that may fail during standard cleaning procedures. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for items left on windowsills or in work areas.
